Constellation Stencils

Stencils really cut down the time it took to paint star murals. However, making my initial batch of constellation stencils took a lot of research, design and manual effort. I would have paid for them if only I could find a shop that made them large enough. So now I am able to provide to you the best and largest constellation stencils that I can find anywhere.

Completed Stencils

All the constellation stencils are available in 4 mil Mylar sheets. They range in size from 3”x15” to 27”x30”. As with the templates they are all to the same scale. They can be purchased individually or in collections. I can also make custom sized constellation stencils to order.

Seven in Heaven

These are my favorite stencils to use. They can be arranged in their relative positions using the supplied chart or can just be placed randomly on the ceiling.

Using the chart you can either manually add in the other constellations or one up and purchase the “Stars of the Sky” set that contains all the stencils on the chart.

Stars of the Sky: Seven in Heaven

This is one of the first complete astronomically correct stencil kits that I used. It’s an extension of the “7 in Heaven” kit and includes the additional constellations to create an astronomically correct mural.
